  • Meet two of the world's leading Proutists who will share how they are implementing Prout on the ground in Portugal!

  • Filipa Costa & Fernando Aranda are  coming to the U.S. to speak at the Westchester Social Forum and  meet with Proutists.

  • Social Forum lead organizer and Prout leader Nada Khader will also speak at the House party.

At the Party we will learn about successful efforts to make Prout’s vision for economic democracy a reality and discuss how we can do the same in our sector.

This online gathering will also introduce two major upcoming in-person events:

Friday, April 25th – Block-Level Planning for Local Food Systems

Our allies from Prout Research Institute of Portugal will present  at Pace Law School in White Plains, NY.   This panel discussion organized by progressive students at Pace will begin at noon eastern.

The presentation will explore practical strategies for strengthening local food networks and sustainable economies by showcasing how Cova da Beira Converge (CBC) in Portugal is rebuilding local food systems.  Follow this link to learn more about CBC.
